        All residential property owners and Gainey Ranch residents and have full membership rights at the Estate Club.

Gainey Ranch homeowner tennis and pickleball court fee;
                         Membership $ 25 per month per member or $5 per day use          

Gainey Ranch Sponsored Tennis Membership;
                          Single membership $ 130 per month paid 3 months in advance.
                          Couple membership $ 180 per month paid 3 months in advance.
