Daniel C. Gainey’s former ranch house, constructed during 1955, has been converted into the Daniel C. Gainey Estate Club. Gainey used his ranch acreage for breeding Arabian horses, raising Hereford cattle and cultivating agricultural crops. The Daniel C. Gainey Estate Club serves as the community center for Gainey Ranch.
The Estate Club features a 25-meter swimming pool (a lap pool) and spa, seven lighted state-of-the-art tennis courts, a fitness center and an activity lawn. The great room, catering style kitchen, the terraced patios and the attractive landscaping provide a distinguished environment for both socializing and use by Gainey Ranch residents for personal entertaining.
Owners of residential property and all Gainey Ranch residents have full Estate Club membership rights. No initiation fees or membership dues are required in addition to the monthly payment of the assessments by each Gainey Ranch residential owner. However, owners who elect to use the tennis courts are charged a modest fee. This charge is collected on a pay-per-use basis; although many owners who frequently use the courts take advantage of discounted rates when paying on a monthly or annual basis.
Homeowner Tennis Fees for a family are $45 per month.
Homeowner Tennis Fees for a single person are $35 per month.
Renters pay for six months or term of lease, whichever is less.
Single renters’ fees are $75 per month for fitness/tennis and family fees are $100 per month.
A limited number of Estate Club memberships are available to non-residents of Gainey Ranch. These are called Outside Memberships. Outside Membership Fitness and Tennis Fees:
Single member $1100 per year.
Family $1600 per year.
