Security

Gainey Ranch boasts a secure and gated community with 24-hour security. All residential areas are protected by walls, fences and electronic gates creating one of the largest privately supervised communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Residents and visitors are welcomed at three main security plazas along with individual electronic, unmanned entry gate systems supplemented by state-of-the-art cameras. Some communities are also secured by external camera systems to ensure a secure and safe community for our residents.

All communities are patrolled 24-hours a day by well trained security officers to further enhance privacy and safety. All of our security officers are CPR certified and equipped with rescue and first-aid equipment aimed to provide care until the appropriate municipal service arrives on the scene.

Every Gainey Ranch residence contains an alarm system for protection against intrusion, and to alert fire, police or medical services. At Gainey Ranch, the association dues include basic monitoring for each residence. Homeowners may choose to increase the alarm features at an additional expense.
